Add-ons are optional upgrades available during any scheduled visit.
All add-ons are observational and documentation-based unless otherwise stated, and are billed per visit.

Popular Add-Ons (Most Requested)

• Minor Corrective Tasks (up to 15 minutes) — $25
  Quick, pre-approved small tasks completed during your visit (example: reset thermostat, replace small items, bring in deliveries, basic tidying, etc.).

• Incident Documentation — $35
  Photo + written report for damage, concerns, or anything out of the ordinary. Ideal for guest disputes and insurance records.

• Firewood Delivery & Staging — $25
  Delivered and staged during your visit. Bulk delivery options available on request.

• Emergency / After-Hours Visit — $200
  Urgent on-site visit outside normal hours (based on availability).

Hot Tub Add-Ons

• Hot Tub Visual Check — $35
  Quick visual check of water level, cover condition, error codes and any obvious concerns.

• Hot Tub Chemistry Check & Adjustment — $75
  Test and adjust water chemistry (photo documentation included).

• Hot Tub Reset + Chemistry Balance (Recommended) — $299
  Includes Drain, Clean & Refill plus a full chemistry check and initial balancing after refill.

• Pool Visual Check — $50
  Visual pool check with photos and notes (surface condition, water level/appearance, and visible concerns).

• Add-ons must be booked with a scheduled visit unless otherwise approved.

• Repairs, trade work, and full cleaning services are not included.

• Each site visit is billed separately. Leaving the property ends the visit.

• All services are visual and documentation-based and do not guarantee property condition.
