We provide reliable, photo-documented property check-ins for short-term rentals, vacant/second homes, and new builds or renovations across Georgian Bay. Each visit includes clear reporting, condition or progress notes, and controlled add-on services—so owners always know what’s happening at their property.

Base Property Visit

$150 / Visit

Interior and exterior walkthrough with photo documentation and visible concern reporting.
Add-ons may be completed during the same visit (pre-approved).

Scheduled Property Oversight — Lite

$425 / month

Includes up to 3 scheduled site visits per month, each with photo documentation and condition reporting.

Scheduled Property Oversight — Full

$725 / month

Includes up to 5 scheduled site visits per month, each with photo documentation and a written summary of visible conditions observed at the time of the visit.

Property Oversight (Airbnb & Second Homes)

Scheduled on-site visits with photo documentation and clear reporting. Ideal for short-term rentals, vacant properties, and owners who want a trusted local contact.

All services are observational and documentation-based; Scheduled Property Oversight plans are used for regular or recurring visits. Add-ons billed per visit.

We provide scheduled, on-site property oversight with photo documentation and clear reporting—without guest communication or operational control. Owners stay in charge, while still having a trusted local contact to monitor property condition and handle pre-approved tasks.

This approach offers clarity, predictability, and lower ongoing costs, without the complexity of full co-hosting.
