This is our highest level of oversight for owners who want a strong, consistent local presence at the property. The Full Local Co-Host plan is designed to reduce surprises, flag issues early, and keep your home operating smoothly — even when you’re not nearby.

With up to five visits per month, this tier allows for more frequent check-ins during busy seasons, high-turnover periods, or for homes that require a closer eye due to size, complexity, or value.

Every visit includes:

• On-site walkthrough (as access allows)

• Photo documentation

• Clear written summary with any concerns flagged

This plan is ideal for higher-end homes, busier rentals, or owners who live far away and want more frequent documentation and visibility. If anything looks off — damage, missing items, heating concerns, unusual mess, or early warning signs of an issue — you’ll know quickly and you’ll have clear documentation to support next steps.
