Co-Host Lite is built for owners who want consistent oversight without full property management. This plan adds structure and routine so the property doesn’t go long periods without being checked, while creating a documented history of the home’s visible condition over time.

Each month includes up to three scheduled visits. Visits can be timed around guest departures, before arrivals, or spaced out during quieter periods to confirm the property remains secure and operating normally. Every visit includes an on-site walkthrough (as access allows), visual checks, and a photo-based report so you have clear visibility into what’s happening at the property.

This tier is also ideal when multiple parties are involved — cleaners, trades, deliveries, or guests — because consistent documentation helps create accountability and supports faster decision-making if something changes.

If anything requires attention, you’ll receive a clear message with photos and recommended next steps. Extra visits can be added at any time if you want additional coverage during peak season or time-sensitive situations.
