This tier is for owners who want a trusted local set of eyes on the property when it matters most — after a guest checkout, before a new arrival, or during vacancy gaps. It provides clear, photo-based documentation of the property’s visible condition without you needing to be on-site.

A Visual Oversight Visit includes an on-site walkthrough (as access allows) and visual checks of key areas such as entry points, common spaces, bathrooms, kitchen, mechanical areas, and exterior access. The purpose is to document what’s visible at the time of the visit, flag anything out of place early, and provide photo proof so you can make informed decisions quickly.

After the visit, you’ll receive a simple summary report with photos and notes, including any visible concerns that may need attention. If something time-sensitive is discovered (example: active water leak, broken exterior door, or signs of damage), you’ll be notified as soon as possible.

This is a great fit for owners who already have a cleaner or property manager but want independent oversight and consistent documentation.
