Interior & exterior walkthrough with photo documentation and issue flagging.
Add-ons available during the visit.
Co-Host Lite (Monthly Oversight) — $425 / month
Up to 3 scheduled visits with documentation and condition reporting. Additional visits: $115.
Full Local Co-Host (Monthly Oversight) — $675 / month
Up to 5 scheduled visits with documentation and condition reporting.
Additional visits: $105.
Pre-Approved Add-Ons
Minor corrective tasks (up to 15 min) — $25
Hot tub visual check — $35
Hot tub chemistry check & adjustment — $75
Pool visual check — $35
Firewood delivery / staging — $20 (bulk orders available)

We provide scheduled, on-site property oversight with photo documentation and clear reporting—without guest communication or operational control. Owners stay in charge, while still having a trusted local contact to monitor property condition and handle pre-approved tasks.
This approach offers clarity, predictability, and lower ongoing costs, without the complexity of full co-hosting.
